Hello, my name is Chuck Wood.   

I am in full-time ministry at Colorado Christian Fellowship in Aurora, Colorado, and a part-time associate for Crown Ministries. I am ordained as a “Teacher” through Global Change Network, USA, and have a certificate in “Computer Information Systems” from Regis University.

I am also an Affiliate Marketer and a retired Business Recovery Manager with IBM.

I have been fortunate to have worked for IBM, an Information Technology Company, for over 34 years. I have held various positions in manufacturing, technical support, customer service, project and account management, and mid-level management. IBM has taught me how to be a business professional, the importance of teamwork, and how to provide excellent client service.

I have been working on my Affiliate Marketing and WordPress websites, freelancing part-time to generate additional income and augment my retirement income in the future. With the current economy, we all have learned the importance of having a plan B and/or C. With the lack of job security and the possible need to generate passive income when we retire or in the present life cycle, we are engaged.

I have volunteered for several years, helping others with money management issues and establishing good stewardship programs with their family and in their churches. This has shown me that we all need more income to pay off debt and live the lifestyle we all desire. I believe this can be accomplished by finding ways to generate additional income and working hard to fund the lifestyle we want now and in the future.

I was also a caregiver for my elderly parents and have learned how the aging process can take a toll on the financial resources required to have a comfortable lifestyle during our advanced age. Little secret, don’t depend on the government to help!!

I have been married to my wonderful wife for 40+ years (and she still likes me), and I have a great son who is grown and doing his own thing. The family is why we work to establish a lifestyle that will bless our immediate and extended family members.

Lastly, I believe in Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior. This is important for you to know because I try to live by the standards of my belief, but I am not saying that I am perfect, and I do make mistakes. But, I believe that I must try every day to live by good stewardship standards in my family, job, and business. I am a steward of everything God has put in my life, and I must manage all in a way that will please the Owner. Therefore, I hope you will see these same standards in my blog.
